We had a leaking roof and I looked for a reliable professional who could help with the problem in a quick manner and for a reasonable price. I am happy that I ran into Olti as my overall experience was very positive. I have contacted around 10 contractors through homestars and only 3 ended up coming to take a look (some wanted money to just come to my place). Out of the 3, Olti was the only one who actually climbed on the roof to assess the situation properly and showed me pictures of the problem instead of giving me a guesstimate or advising to replace the whole roof (which turned out to be in an adequate shape). It was painless to schedule another appointment with Olti who was able to come and fix the problem in the same week. He demonstrated his work and gave a few tips on what to expect and look for in the future - very helpful for somebody who is not exactly an expert in roof maintenance. We are yet to go through a significant rain to test out the roof but I have confidence in Olti's workmanship given his approach and his honest advice (warranty period also gives me piece of mind). I am very grateful to Olti for his help, shared expertise, and the overall positive experience. Would highly recommend!
