Jeremy's work was very thorough and included things we didn't anticipate being part of a home inspection (ie: who would've thought a thermal reading would be included?). His explanation of his findings were also instrumental in distilling somewhat complex details into information that I and my partner, as as first-time homebuyers, could easily comprehend. It didn't hurt at all that Jeremy was also, simply put, a quite affable person overall.
A truly 10/10 experience. We couldn't recommend Precise Building Inspections more highly.
