Jeremy came on a Sunday to inspect a townhouse with only two days notice. His inspection was very thorough, and he went through the whole townhouse with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. His final report was excellent. Jeremy provided a comprehensive inspection report and clearly described what the issues were, how to consider remediating them, and took the time to walk us through not only the unit but also public spaces on the common property and what issues to look out for.

His explanation of his findings were also instrumental in distilling somewhat complex details into information that I and my partner, as as first-time homebuyers, could easily comprehend.
