Raccoons have been damaging our roof. My neighbour recommended Rainbow so we have them a call. They arrived the same afternoon, whipped up on the roof and came back down with pictures of the damage. I was given a quote and when I agreed to the price, the men were back up, quick as a wink and did the job. It was that easy.

I don’t know how to write on the Internet, and I don’t like to write anything, but I spent 2 hours writing about my experience this time. I found a roofing company to replace the tiles in July 2015. 7500, after the change, the roof often showed a small yellow circle on the ceiling. Later, I found out that it was a water leak, and then called to complain. They sent someone to repair it. After a while, it was windy, and the roof tiles flew away, and they came again. Later I saw the billboard of Rainbow Creation Roofing Company on the side of the road and let them take a look. His workers checked and told me that it’s better to replace them with new ones. If you don’t replace them, there will always be problems. I think I just replaced the tiles and don’t want to spend any more money, and the price they quoted is cheaper than before. I I don’t believe it very much. I saw them replacing the roofs of neighbors behind my house within a few days. After consideration, I decided to replace them with new ones. I found them and said that they could use your company, but I asked you to give me the address of your house because I was afraid of being deceived. Every time it was windy and rainy, my heart became nervous. They gave me a good time and they came to start work. With the last experience, I watched outside for a day, although I didn’t Understand, after they finished, I looked at the photos and thought it was pretty good. After more than a year, there was a strong wind in the spring, and many people's tiles were flying away. My roof is healthy. After the strong wind, every time it rains and winds. I’m not worried. I think it’s okay to spend a few hundred yuan more as a homeowner, but I must do well. I saw them a few days ago and only chatted with them to realize that they have such a platform. Rainbow Creator Roofing came to see if they could find a roof leak that had resulted in some bubbling in our en suite ceiling. They were very responsive (they came to the house 2 days after out initial contact) and the roofer did an excellent job, finding a single rusty nail in our attic roof. On the roof, he found some loose shingles which he secured and then did a walkabout to make sure we had no other problems. Both the roofer and Karen were pleasant, easy to work with and efficient and followed all COVID protocols. From the time they entered the house to the time the work was complete and they were on their way was less than an hour, only taking up about 15 minutes of my time, which I appreciated as well.
