The trades hired were good but everything else was a complete fiasco. Very poor project management.

We hired Neil and his crew to do our basement renovations must state that an excellent job was done from these guys they are high qualified and would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for these kind of services to be done must state that they a friendly and has great knowledge of the building code

We had a terrible experience with Synergy Architects (based in Burlington, Ontario). We hired them to handle two of our properties for renovations and both of the properties work was done incorrectly and we had to hire another contractor to fix his mistakes (spent more money) . They left both job sites without finishing what they committed to and took our money.

Him and his team don't know what they're doing at all. After seeing this review, I am sure he will comment indicating that this is "highly impossible as they provide professional services". He himself agreed that he is not professional and asked us to hire another professional team to clean up the mess him and his team made. This is not acceptable.

I don't usually write reviews, however this one left us with no choice. I do not recommend working with Neil (Synergy Design builds) at all.

We are very disappointed with his work.

Neil started out quickly but 5 months later I still don't have a legal, city approved basement apartment. He does multiple projects and doesn't give his focus and attention to yours. After paying 95% of what he quoted I will need to pay someone else to undo his mistakes and do it properly. My loss is a lot in terms of time and money because this was supposed to be an income source.

When you decide to invest your money in renovating your home/basement. You look for the best, that's what Synergy is and more.
They were considerate to my needs about working hours.
Well skilled and highly qualified ,Knowledgeable, honest, pleasant with excellent and absolute professionalism. This team went above and beyond my expectations to deliver what I now call my forever home! ( Thank you guys)

We hired neil to do are basement. The people he got to our job were horrible, they had no idea how to do anything, walls were inch and half out of level and 3 inches out of square. We ask him to fix them and he walk away with our money.

We were scam before but after meeting with Neil, he assured us that we were in the right place and he will give us what we were looking for. Synergy came through for us and at a price we can afford. The completion of the addition is absolutely stunning. If you're looking for trusting and honest people for any home services need. They will get it done at a price that is in your budget.
