I was very pleased with Andre's services. He was knowledgeable in different design options, had many choices and the installation was quick and clean

Neil started out quickly but 5 months later I still don't have a legal, city approved basement apartment. He does multiple projects and doesn't give his focus and attention to yours. After paying 95% of what he quoted I will need to pay someone else to undo his mistakes and do it properly. My loss is a lot in terms of time and money because this was supposed to be an income source.
