Beautiful Design Deck turn to disaster

I have Poly fence doing my deck about two years ago, it was beautiful but after a year. It has 180 turned. The deck support are rasing up and the whole deck is leaning over to one side. I contacted the owner, Leslie, would willing to drop by and take a took. However, He never showed up and not response any phone calls. Poly Fence is the worse company ever.
