I have used this company for 3 jobs and each was done to my satisfaction. As a property manager I require fair quotes and completion dates to be honoured. Scott and his team are professional and kept me in the loop throughout the renovations. Times were arranged with the tenants for work dates that were mutually acceptable and all was good. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I would highly recommend Kenmac.

Easy, company to work with. They worked within our budget and went over and above to help us out! Staff very open to suggestions and courteous. Kept job site neat and tidy.

Please do not use these people as they are the most dishonest people that I ever deal with. Make sure to get a few references. They will make a lot of empty promises. The owner of the company, she doesn't know what she is doing and work is sloppy and slow.
