Service was good initially, and then it got worse. After the cleaning person left there was moss/ algea in the bottom of the pool. I took pictures and video and sent it and there was no acknowledgement of bad service. I had to brush and vacuum the pool all over again.
Because I never saw the cleaning person adding chemicals to balance the water PH level, I took a sample to another shop and was told the pH balance was not correct. I had to purchase chemicals and do it myself.
The salt cell service light was indicating a need for service. The technician came and serviced the unit, and the service light is still on. When I contacted them, I was sent instructions to reset the device.
I got a bill for monthly cleaning and when I highlighted these issues, they simply said they will deduct $20 from the last scheduled cleaning :-) (what a joke)
