Working with HTR windows was a pleasure from start to finish.

Our salesman Hy was so helpful and friendly. He made the perfect recommendations for what types of windows made the most sense in each room and very clearly explained the process.

Our installer Valiry was also amazing. He came and took precise measurements so the windows could be ordered and then he and his partner installed them flawlessly in one day. Thanks HTR!

Our new front door looks so beautiful! Dainis was highly experienced in the sale process providing us with all the details and knowledge we needed in selecting the right door for our home. The installation process was efficient, clean and professional! . Vitaliy was amazing, he demonstrated skilled workmanship and was attentive to the details of the installation. Very happy with our news doors and windows. The HTRs workmanship and professionalism are commendable. They checked their work multiple times including the sales representative Ivan came back to do the final inspection. They genuinely care about their customer! Highly recommend them!

Ivan and the team at HTR did an excellent job with our new windows. Ivan in particular was very responsive and helpful, taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated on progress. Instal was done in 1 day without any issues. Would recommend.

I found HTR on Facebook, I had initially hesitated to call them based on all sorts of scary stories that I had heard about contractors. But my experience with HTR has been nothing short of amazing. What I am impressed about is their customer service, timeliness, details to work, workmanship. Ivan was our sales/contact person, he is very respectful, responsive and patient. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He didnt pressure us at all. He returned calls immediately and kept us in the loop. We had a strict deadline because of an upcoming event at our home and HTR ensured that they completed the work exactly as per their contract. I would not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to HTR Windows and Doors. Amazing work, excellent team. All installation completed in just one day and the place of cleaned spic and span. Very satisfied with your work. Thank you!!!!!

Great service and product

Very happy with our new front door. Dennis was great, came back to do a second site visit to help us make our decision and there were no delays with the product coming in.
Installation was great too and the door is beautiful.
No hidden fees, no delays, great workmanship. If I ever need more doors or windows I will definitely be contacting them again. Everything was very straightforward.

The customer service, workmanship, and attention to detail have all been top-notch with HTR Windows and Doors. They responded in a timely manner to my request for a quote, provided insightful and educational advice on the types of windows and doors we needed while respecting our design choices, and completed the work within the suggested time and budget.
