HTR Windows and Doors

HTR installed all new windows through the entire home, two sets of sliding doors and the exterior doors. They team did a great job. Very experienced and Knowledgeable staff that answered our questions and completed job very efficiently. In particular Ivan (our main contact) and Valera (installer) did a great job. There were no surprises in the process and they did their best to not be disruptive to our lives. There was an issue with one sliding door but they were quick to come back and are fixing the issue. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and comparable to other companies we looked at. The new windows and doors look and feel great! Id work with the people and company again.

The team was great from the beginning to end of process. Ivan was extremely helpful in giving recommendations and putting together a plan that works for our need and timeline. The new windows and patio door looks great! The installers were quick, efficient and clean. No mess left behind! Would recommend their services with friends.

HTR representative Dennis was pleasure to work with from start when all options were provided and details explained for non expert person to understand till the end when follow up calls were completed for any questions and clarifications.
After recommendations by Dennis and clear explanation of benefits we decided to go ahead with triple glaze and could not be happier. Sound and warmth is noticeable immediately. I hope some nice numbers from energy bills.

In short, the other reviews on here indicating this company is 10/10 is legit. We used several contractors for a variety of work this past year in renovating our home - HTR was the best experience for us out of all of them. No headaches or non-sense.

I read several reviews for window replacements and must say my experience with HTR has been nothing but positive-from the initial sales meeting to final install. The sales guy, IVAN was straight to the point didn't really try to sell me the product just provided information regarding the product and answered questions I had accordingly, Which I was grateful for! He gave me a lot of info about windows, from 2 pane to 3 pane, about the hardware's and their warranties, about the whole process of ordering and installation. It was overwhelming to get so much knowledge, but just the fact that Ivan took all the time in the world to explain everything in details, made it easier for me to come to a decision. The windows did end up ready for installation within that time frame. HTR graciously set the installation date according to my schedule. And I can't rave enough about the team who came out and completed the install. The installation crew were on time and addressed all my concerns. They were knowledgeable with the product and how to install the windows and the back patio door. Hard consistent workers, there was no downtime during the install. The framework after the bay window was removed was done very professionally and looks amazing. They answered my questions professionally and didn't make me feel stupid for asking very simple questions at times. I cant say enough about this crew, I hope they see this review and see how appreciative me and my family is. We love our new windows. We contacted Dennis to schedule a consultation first. Dennis has tons of experience and suggested some really good options that we haven't considered before. He was very patient and explained the process clearly so we knew what to expect. The installation took 1 day. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up after the job was done. Windows look gorgeous and we got so many complements from all neighbors around. Thank you Dennis and the crew for an amazing job!!!!

The salesman Ivan is legit one of the best service people I've ever dealt with. Several visits to the property, never any qualms about going over and above what I could have expected. Investigating what product is for you has a lot on intricacies which HTR spent hours educating me to find the most suitable product that suited my home and budget. Got several quotes and I'm a pretty frugal guy, priced competitively as well. They gave some oversight on which products are eligible for government grants as well.

I received several quotes from different companies but the one that satisfied me the most was theirs for the simplicity and courtesy in explaining the flexibility of the product

Our salesman Hy was so helpful and friendly. He made the perfect recommendations for what types of windows made the most sense in each room and very clearly explained the process.

Our installer Valiry was also amazing. He came and took precise measurements so the windows could be ordered and then he and his partner installed them flawlessly in one day. Thanks HTR!
