We were very happy with the service provided by HTR Windows. They provided us with all the options and offered us a free triple glass upgrade- which was their current limited time promotion. They went out of their way to work with our immediate timelines. Denis' communication was excellent and timely. He was polite and very professional. The installation was completed by Vitalik and Sergey. They were very focused & hardworking. They ensured they covered and protected the surrounding areas they were working on with blankets and carpets- thus respecting our property and reducing the dust buildup. We highly recommend this company for your window and door needs- you will be very happy!

Always a little hesitant when you don’t know the company to engage but read the previous reviews and gave them a call. Dennis come over to look at the job and requirements. He is very knowledgeable and pointed out things I honestly had never considered. From start to finish was 10 days- totally unexpected but really pleased. When installation day came the two fellows were here for about two hours, totally focused on their work and the finished job is beautiful.
So, when the budget permits, windows will be next with HTR Windows!

The quality of the insulation foam and how much of it they used, brick to brick really impressed me. They replaced my California Shutters to fit perfectly as I requested. Workmanship was very good, unfortunately a few minor details that could have improved the experience were not done, like putting the blinds back up, wiping down boot prints on the tiles and new hardwood floors. The windows and doors do look great!

They replaced all our 2nd floor windows. They took the time to cover everything up and cleaned up after themselves, couldn’t even tell they were here. Great workmanship on the window install very informative and professional. Gladly call them back for the main floor windows.

We chose HTR for our new windows , this is a truly exceptional company which leads you from the very first appointment... with all the questions patiently answered through the very end ...I saw thorough professional approach to every detail , time was coordinating to my busy schedule.
