Great customer service, good price!
We had a great experience with HTR. Their sales manager Ivan was very accommodating and took the time to explain everything we needed to know so we could make an informed choice. No high pressure sales tactics with these guys.
Install went off without a hitch, completing everything in one day (10 windows + 1 sliding door) leaving no mess behind.
The price was very reasonale too compared to their competitors - reasonable enough that we went with triple pane glass in some places to boost our greener homes grant application.
I would reccommend HTR to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.
