Oren did an amazing job with converting my current wired alarm system into smartthings capable system using konnected. He was very thorough and efficient. Everything from hardware to software changes were done by him. Everything was set up and all sensors were tested properly a couple times to ensure that it was working. He made sure to explain the capabilities and offered suggestions on how to further improve my smart home integration.

The best thing was he never rushed and stayed until everything was set up and working perfectly. He did a custom solution to one of my requests with regards to turning a water valve on and off through a smartthings device. The issue was that the water valve had plastic pipes connecting the whole thing which made it hard to install a device that required a metal pipe. He made it work the first time with the materials he had. He came back the next week because he wasn't happy that it wasn't perfect and came up with an amazing solution that made the whole set up even more reliable. He didn't charge extra for the work and was more focused on ensuring that the solution was better and would be more reliable.

Oren is a true professional, explaining all the options to me in a way that makes sense and helping me decide on the perfect solution for my needs. He Integrated my security system and smart thermostat into 1 system and installed a smart lock and a few cameras that’s also accessible from the same app. Installed in ceiling speakers through out the house allowing me to hear different music in different rooms. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend him!
