Gatzey's TV Clinic

Samsung TV under warranty would not power on from day 1. Service Tech. replaced part and got it working (home service). Next problem was the continuing dropping of the internet connect for which new parts were installed. TV was a lemon and despite all new parts being installed and working with Samsung Technical, it would not work. Gatzey's were able to arrange an exchange or refund with Samsung for this non-working TV. They were professional, courteous and provided information through out. Technical Repair person was excellent. Highly recommend.

Our range was on the fritz but still under warranty and the Brick sent Gatzey's; I'm so glad they did. The gentlemen who helped were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. The part needed took a while but that wasn't their fault, and they called me as soon as it was in. I'd use them for any future repairs.

I have dealt with Gatzey's TV Clinic on at least 4 occasions & have found this Co. to be the epitome of excellent customer service at all times and in all areas!!! From the time of initial tel. contact to resolution of problem, it is obvious that the Client is their number one priority.....their technician, Peter is extremely knowledgeable, very efficient & always patient in explaining new installation. And, their prices for work done are the most reasonable in the Peterborough/Kawartha Lakes area. I would highly recommend this company without reservation!!

Despite its name, Gatzey's does more than just T.V.s. I was recommended this company by T.J. Cavanaugh's appliances after my Panasonic OTR microwave quit just out of warranty. Gatzey's capably repaired the appliance and even helped me liaise with Panasonic; THEY weren't the easiest to deal with. I was happy with the service, and would use them again.
