JP installed our new gas fireplace recently. Couldn't be happier. Quality work. Very friendly guy. Took the time to thoroughly explain how the unit operated and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I like reading reviews but I don't normally write them however every time I look at my fireplace I'm happy and amazed with how nice it looks now. In my case I called JP from Bedford Home Heating to service my gas fireplace insert. There was a white powdery film on the glass that keep returning after I would clean it. JP knew exactly my problem and fixed the gasket around the glass and cleaned and serviced my fireplace beautifully. It was a very reasonable price as well. I'm very satisfied!

We've had a fireplace, a pool heater and a gas BBQ along with several repairs all done by JP at Bedford Home Heating. The service has always been excellent and the price reasonable. We'll definitely rely on JP for any future work.

I entered my request on HomeStars and less than 1 hour later JP called me to confirm his interest. Early the next morning JP called me to say he found the part (which another company said was very hard to find and proposed a much higher fee). The furnace was back up and running by early afternoon. JP helped us in our time of need. A/C wasn’t working during a heatwave in the middle of August. After a visit from another technician who provided us with a solution that did not solve anything, I touched base with JP. He reached out that same evening and walked me through the repair remotely. JP took our call on a Sunday and immediately came out to help us, however it turned out we needed a new furnace he was here to totally replace it in 24 hours of our call! I needed a modification done to some existing natural gas piping in my home and JP was recommended to us. He came same day and professionally solved our issue. We also made arrangements for him to return later in the week to install a new BBQ gas tap on our deck. The installation is neat and well done. Price was fair and inline with his quote.

We would gladly use him again if we need more work done.
