I posted a request on Homestars and Rob was the first to contact me. I needed to install a gas BBQ to our new house and the connector looked different. After sending him a few pictures, he walked me through the installation process at no charge (had to put in a 2-digit costing number above)! Thank you Rob for your advice, patience and great service. Rob came to my home to set up my gas stove. The biggest issue was the location of the line, and I'd been told by my contractor that I'd have to make holes coming through my basement ceiling upwards into my kitchen and damage some tiles, or through my double brick wall creating a new gas line directly from the outdoor meter. However, Rob troubleshooted the area and was able to just carve out some space around the current line and have my stove fit flush right in. He also took the time to show me how the gas stove will work and gave great advice.

Robbie from Gas Line Installers made time the same day as my call to help with a master bath exhaust fan installation gone wrong. The ductwork had been installed incorrectly by the builder, so that the elbow was not properly secured to the duct, and the entire thing was set up for a much lower capacity fan than should have been there. Robbie came, came up with a creative and effective solution to the problem, installed the fan and then refused payment. Amazing, sweet, honest guy who knows what he's doing. I will never call anyone else for anything Gas Line Installers does. In fact, I'm now planning on going to them for our furnace and a/c replacement next year.
