Joyce was great to coordinate with before, during, and post. The star moon team worked quickly, did good work, protected our windows and neighbours, while having great attitudes.

It was a big job and we were never left out of the loop.

I have withheld my review just to see how long this new roof can hold up. And after 8 months everything are still good! The installation crew were on time and finished installing new roof in one day. Quote are very competitive and you can mix & match choice of material (with extra cost ofc). All in all, I'm glad that Joyce & the team manage to put a new roof before the winter came. Highly recommended and will reach out to them in the future for more job!

Joyce and her team helped us repair a broken eavestrough upon a urgent request. They were very quick, precise, clear and consistent in communication throughout the process. They came over to our house the next day, not only fixed the broken eavestrough but also provided a few repairs here and there which were beyond the original work scope that was agreed on.

Joyce and her team at Star Moon Roofing provided an incredibly quick and thorough response when I solicited help for a bit of broken flashing. She was able to get her team out to me within two days and custom-cut a new piece of flashing rather than attempting to put back the old piece.
