Company came out soonest so we could continue with the preparations for selling our home. Very professional job and courteous technicians. They were careful to explain what they were doing and all transactions were done very quickly so we could have a verification of our services for our house sale. Very satisfied.

Our heat pump failed during the hottest and most humid days of the summer. Ready responded immediately. It was still under warranty but there was no replacement fan locally. The local distributor expedited shipment of a new part and Ready installed it immediately.

It is always easy to criticize but it is much more important to praise - when deserved. I was given a cold reception when I got home and it was wonderful. I have no problem recommending Ready et al.
