I hired water depot to come out and determine the issue I was having with my water softener as well as change the filers in my RO drinking water system. The system is around 15-17 years old and was installed by a company that is no longer in business.

The softener needs replacement and I will definitely be purchasing a new one from them especially with this 12 equal payments offer.

My only issue with is experience is that after their repair guy changed my RO filters something else went wrong (4-way part needed replacement). This required me to bring the whole system in and cost me $70 (part + in-store service fee). I think this should have been caught by the first service call but wasn't.

Overall, the technicians were friendly, clean, and knowledgeable.

After having issues with the 4-way part, the owner of the store took this matter on as a personal matter and was extremely helpful.

Incredible, friendly, professional staff, the water is top notch, location is ideal, easily accessible, lots of parking, I would highly recommend giving Water Depot Orangeville a try if you haven't already.

I had excellent service from The Water Depot. All the staff are very knowledgeable and explain there products very well which make you feel at ease.

It was a great job by both parties, they kept things very clean and tidy.

We met Mark when he was introducing himself to the neighborhood and we had him come out the house as we were in the market for a hot tub. We were happy with the prices and service that he has provided us then, and ever since. I was happy to see that he personally oversaw the installation of the tub to make sure we were as happy as could be, I would highly recommend hem and his location to my family ans friends.

These guys are professionals.Had three other quotes and these guys were the only ones who actually came out to the house to check everything over to provide an accurate quote and size the unit. The price was a fraction of what other companies were quoting. From star to finish, they handled all of our questions and concerns. Held true to delivery and install times. We feel they went above and beyond our expectations.

Mark and his staff are excellent to deal with. The installation went very smoothly and the softener was installed on time. Mark made sure he followed up after the installation to ensure that we did not have any issues and that we were happy with the service the The Water Depot provided. I would high recommend The Water Depot for any water needs or installation of new equipment.

Spoke to the owner a month before taking possession of our house. Andy is the type of owner that tries to fit the right solution to us based on what we needed. We booked a month ahead and he should up on schedule. We agreed on the system, which was cheaper that what we were using before and still quite a bit cheaper than a competitor.

What was important was that Andy was local and could service the equipment. Installation went well. Installer should up in the window, was courteous, did not make a mess and explained everything well. We opted to have the external water system excluded from the water softener system. No sense in wasting salt on the grass or washing the car. This added no more than $100 and well worth it

The installer did forget to switch the hot water back, but a quick call and they guided me through it. Had I been more familiar with the system, I could have figured it out myself ;)
