Right from the first meeting to get a quote for our new AC Installation, Andre and the team at City's Choice were great. They were prompt, on time, clear with expectations. They answered our questions (not vague or too technical).
On installation day the team was polite, courteous, and took the time to protect walls, floors etc. They worked patiently around my nervous dog to make him feel at ease while staying focused and on task. The team was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions while they worked, involving us as much or as little as we wanted. Not just Andre , but all of them, definitely knew their product and the correct processes for safe installation because everything went so smoothly.
At the end of the day, they walked me thru proper maintenance, winterization and early warning signs (because nothing lasts forever).
Follow-up : Our system has been in for 5 days now and we have received two check'ins from City's Choice making sure we were happy with the install, questions answered (because you always think of something later) and they asked for suggestions how they can improve. We would definitely recommend City's Choice because of exceptional customer service, good product and mostly because they genuinely care.

I'm not to sure what to say WOW!!!! I called Saturday afternoon and gave me a time 5-7pm. They call about 6ish and said I'll be 20 min.. Andre was very professional and well spoken. He was also thankful for the business.
Andre had me up and running in 20 min. And charged me I fell fairly.

The technician was professional, he displayed knowledge, thermostat was installed satisfactory, good information was provided.

Called for service issues with my AC and was given my options. Turned out it was more financially reasonable to replace both units - AC was on the way out in the next year anyway. Options were explained clearly and questions were answered honestly. Removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment were done very well. Modifications to ducting done, new code requirements completed, and my issues regarding the thermostat wire and duct cladding completed. Very happy with the service - would happily recommend Andre and City's Choice with no issues.

Best customer service in my life! Got my gas water heater replaced in an hour and a half. Guys were super efficient, knowledgeable, polite and clean. Thank you Andre. Recommend 100%.

I Called just before 10pm on a Monday night. They had put through the call as an "emergency", and that someone would be there between 11pm and midnight. Andre showed up just after 11, and within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem. My A/C was repaired, and Andre had left before 11:45!! Super quick, and knowledgeable! Thanks Andre for coming out so late!
