"Warning: Do not hire Drago for any plumbing or handyman work. He presents himself as a plumber but is actually a handyman who will ask you for a 40% deposit upfront. If you make that mistake, you will lose your sleep and will keep chasing him. He will tire you out with excuses because all he wants is the deposit without doing any work. He does not have any tools and is unreliable.

I hired Drago to change the house trap, for which he took a $1000 deposit. He claimed it was a big job involving digging up the lawn and assured me that he would complete the work in a timely manner. However, it turned out to be a normal blockage that was later cleared with an eel. Drago made it sound like he was doing me a favor by only charging $3000, claiming he was saving me money, and walked away with $1000 without completing the job.

When I asked him for a refund, he started giving excuses, saying the job was not complete and that I needed maintenance. Despite telling him I did not want to see him on the property and that I would leave a negative review, he responded callously, saying he didn't care and that it didn't impact him. He even threatened to report issues in my home to the building inspector, claiming he had contacts with the city.

It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against hiring Drago for any plumbing or handyman work. Spread the word to help others avoid this untrustworthy individual and prevent them from falling into a similar situation."

I've known the owner "D" since high school, so I gladly hired him for the job. He "guaranteed" to have the work completed in 1-2 days. I paid the total amount upfront which is what he required. This was on February 17th, 2020. He arrived on the first day of the project to complete the foundation which was to build a wooden frame around a wall using common 2x4 wood. He told me that that part of the project alone cost $500. A very costly price for a basic wooden frame around a wall. On the 2nd day of the project, the rest of the material was purchased and the work was started. However, it was left incomplete. I was never given a timeframe as to when the rest of the project was to be completed.
After countless phone calls that were left unreturned by him, he finally called back to say he was having money trouble and it would take some time to get back to finish the project. But, no timeframe was given. Now, April 17th, two months have passed and we settled on paying me back some of the deposit. We agreed on a repayment of $500. That was never given back. When ask why, he yells back "what about my labor." I asked to provide final confirmation for his personal labor cost, but he continued to argue. To avoid continuing an argument, I offered to pay that $500 to him as payment for his labor costs. But, now I still have an unfinished project.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! HE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIBLE, AND DOES NOT HONOR HIS GUARANTEE!

Drago quoted me for a plumbing job, was the only one who required a 40% deposit. I paid the deposit and he didn't finish the work and barely started it after 1 month. I had to find someone else and he took my deposit.
