I was very happy with the initial installation of an irrigation system, new grass, and landscape lighting about 3 years ago. After that, it was down hill and incredibly difficult to get service in a reasonable time. Every spring, the outdoor irrigation pipes burst and had to be replaced. 2 YEARS AGO I asked for the lighting wires to be buried (as he promised), and for more lights to be installed (which I would have paid for). The work was never done. After that, several lights in the front and back burned out (while still under warranty), it took months to finally get someone from Oakdew to visit. They said the lights were defective and they took the lights away and only brought some of them back. The transformer box fell from where it was installed (which was completely inaccessible) and my outdoor backyard lights have not worked in several months. I am still missing about 5 lights that were never replaced. I have tried to be patient with Derek, but I have now emailed over 20 times. The last email from Derek was from June 29th, replying to my email and asking how many lights needed to be replaced. I outlined everything and sent pictures. No reply. I have clearly been taken advantage of and I would not recommend this company.
