Hamilton Appliance Repair

I call them in July, become my dishwasher was leaking and I had a broken top rack. The repair person came in. He did not bother runing the dishwasher all he said that it seemed okay and that he was going to order me a new part and a new rack.
4 weeks when by and I had to call someone else . They told me that the seal was gone and I need it a new one. I call them and they said that they had my part. I told them
I need it my money back and that they miss the problem and I had to ge another one dishwasher. They have me such a hard time and they said that they would give me 198 for the part and 150 that I had over paid for the installation. It’s now September 23 2021 and I’m still fighting with them..

They took my money and ran with almost no communication in the last two months since they claim the original work was done.

- Ordeal has been going on for 2 months and my fridge still doesn't work
- paid $650
- took a day off work costing me more time and money

Find another company and check their references.

I'm going to take next steps as I have documented everything.

Buyer beware. I originally gave this company a 5 star as they were the first to contact me and were able to help quickly. Be warned they will offer a warranty that they do not intend to follow through on. If you need them to come back to honour that guarantee be prepared to wait at your appointments with a no show (three times in a row), excuses about busy weeks out of town and eventually no responses to calls, emails or texts.

Service tech came out promptly in July 2019 to fix problem with the refrigerator...however I received no bill and warranty papers....said they would be emailed...no invoice or warranty was ever received despite requests...so poor customer service on that end ....I am not sure if this business is still in operation as phone by voice or text is not answered....fridge is now having the same issue...should be covered under the warranty that I was informed about ......however if company is unreachable so much for that!

Washing machine was leaking and the technician diagnosed a faulty gasket. He returned a few days later to replace it and said to call if leaking continued. Its still leaking and I have called repeatedly over three days and can only get a busy signal. Also left a text and received no response. Initial work was done promptly but the problem continues and was not diagnosed correctly.

Update: Technician was away on vacation and after finally receiving my message arranged for another technician to come out to look at the problem. Hopefully this will resolve the issue but I do appreciate his following through .

Stay away! This is not a reliable company! Totally unprofessional, charging 4-5 times the price you'd pay if you chose a reputable company. Can't contact them after the repairs, no warranty papers.

Hamilton Appliance Repair Milton did not have any trouble handling our oven that failed to turn on. Their appliance service technician was very efficient and quoted us at a good price. Replacing the damaged main control board worked like a charm. I had a wonderful time working with their guy.

Excellent service at a fair price. I received quotes at double and triple the price. Friendly staff and owners. Highly recommend. No up selling or pressure sale tactics. Will be my go to for appliance repairs without a doubt.

We had Bogdan from Hamilton Appliance Repair in to troubleshoot our stove and dryer. He was fast, efficient, polite, and very friendly. Smart too as he was able to determine that we did not have an appliance problem but rather an electrical supply problem. It turns out that the necessary 240 Volt connection is not properly wired and so these two appliances are not getting the required electrical power.
