The technician came for an estimation and didn't checked the oven. he took me $100.00 for nothing. i expected to him to check the oven what is wrong otherwise what is the reason to come, because I told them by phone what is wrong with the oven(doesn't keep the temperature). i am very disappointed about this service.

As stated over the phone prior to scheduling, we cannot provide you a quote for repairing the Oven without first inspecting it, as it is impossible for us, or anyone for that matter, to know exactly what is causing the issue before we've physically inspected the appliance.
During his visit, our technician inspected your Oven and found that the Thermostat Sensor and Main Control Board need to be replaced. After we provided you with a quote, you decided not to proceed with the repair, and then proceeded to call us and request the service call fee be refunded after we explained how we operate over the phone, which you agreed to, while scheduling the appointment.
We hold our technicians to a high standard and make sure each customer is serviced professionally and walks away happy, as stated by all of our other stellar reviews here on HomeStars and other platforms.
