When Alex came first time, I knew that I want my windows/doors done by Horizon Windows and Doors. With his knowledge, he explained everything in detail and never pushed me into anything and made me feel comfortable. On the installation days, Denys was very punctual and I cannot believe how cold it was never complained and work so hard right until the end. Final day Vitaly came to make sure I was good with the job and I certainly was! Any issues I had, any calls I made they would return and deal with the matter immediately. My family and I want to THANK YOU for the wonderful job you all did and how passionate you all are with your work. Our home feels different as if we just bought a new home. Horizon Windows and Doors Inc. performed an amazing job! I got their contact from my contractor. After reading good reviews online I have decided to meet with Sasha. During our first meeting, which lasted one hour I was able to place an order. All this happened so fast just because of the fact that I knew what I wanted and Sasha was able to offer me exactly what I needed. I wanted black exterior color of all windows. Sasha suggested color called Iron Ore - he had sample of this color on hand and he also showed me recent pictures of their install in this particular color. They also had matching color for the entrance door which Sasha had in his pictures as well from past project. So I knew exactly what I was ordering and how it will look after installation. Sasha helped me to choose the windows configuration for each and every room, by explaining to me about differences in styles and their functionality.
After the fact I have placed an order, Horizon Windows and Doors were still responsive to all my questions and changes requests. Here is the list of changes I was able to make after I placed an order:
1. Changed my mind and replaced vinyl casings to wooden (to match my interior design)
2. Changed regular sliding door in the kitchen to one with built-in blinds (at extra charge. I do not regret, it is very good looking and functional!)
3. Changed regular sized window in the kitchen to double size (at extra charge they cut the wall and installed big window. I do not regret - amazing job, huge window, love it! )

Windows and door arrived on a timely manner as it was promised. Installation went smoothly. Amazing team, professional lead installer!

We had some issue with the entrance door; the gap between door and frame was big - Horizon Windows and Doors came and fixed it right away.

Horizon's rep came to our home and gave us a clear, concise explanation of their products and service without overstaying his welcome or giving a lengthy sales pitch. Very professional and obliging. They showed up on time. Professionally installed our beautiful windows. Not only do they look great but they are air tight. The installers were so helpful and went over and above as did the manager. They will not leave until you are satisfied. All at very competitive rates. Really top notch.
