I have used several cleaning services in the city and AspenClean's crews are the most consistent and most thorough. They do a good job of training their people. Team #8 did a great job today!

The women on team 8 were prompt, professional and very thorough. My house looks and smells great and it was a relief to get back from work and have everything so clean. I hope that I get them the next time I hire AspenClean.

It was not cheap, but team #8 did a great job on our very dirty, post-reno home. They were professional and thorough. They arrived in the given time window and even finished 10 minutes early. I highly recommend Mario, Claudia and Carlos.

Team 10 is very reliable and does a great job! They are always on time, efficient and leave the place spotless. I would recommend them to others and have done so.

I have had other cleaning services in to my home. The AspenClean team (team 12-Francisca, Paloma, Brisa and Maribel) was far superior to other services in every way; they cleaned in areas that literally had not been cleaned in years and that was WITHOUT BEING ASKED!!! They cleaned behind my washer and dryer!! They arrived as scheduled, took the amount of time that was estimated for cleaning and my house has never looked or smelled so clean.

I've had "Team 5" from AspenClean Tri-Cities coming to our place monthly for almost a year now. They are great -- coming back home after they have been is like walking into a freshly cleaned hotel room! I'm not normally home when they visit but the times our paths have crossed they've been friendly and cheerful. I was initially skeptical about the "hippy dippy" aspect of the AspenClean cleaning products, but I have to say that it's nice not being overwhelmed with overly scented chemical smells when the cleaning is done. I recommend AspenClean to everybody who is looking for a cleaner.

They sent 3 people. One cleaned the ensuite bathroom, one did the guest bathroom and one did the kitchen. Each spent the whole 2 hours doing only that. The ensuite bathroom had to be redone by a follow up call after I sent photos of the areas not done. The person doing the kitchen cleaned the stove top, washed the cutting board and took away the recyclables. He did not clean the sink, counters or refrigerator. Just before leaving, I pointed out that they did not do the vacuuming. He used my Miele vacuumed and clogged it up with something large. He then finished the job with their vacuum.

I booked their carpet cleaning service at the same time, for a different date. The man came with outdated equipment that was inadequate for doing the deep clean as advertised. I had deep stains that were brought to the surface after a carpet cleaning about a month ago. The carpet cleaning should have removed them. The equipment used this time was too old and did not resemble any professional carpet cleaning machine.

AspenClean team 10 did a great job cleaning our mother's home! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough professional service. Thank you very very much, AspenClean!
