Certified GAF (full 20 year warranty) roofing installation done in a timely manner. The old roof was removed and new one installed within a day, and the garbage container was picked up the following morning.

The crew made sure they cleaned up thoroughly after installation and picked up all the old nails with a magnet. Overall, a very professional and high quality job by a nice and informative crew.

Tactic Roofing provided one of three written estimates to replace my shingles. They were the middle bid, but the lowest one that met all requirements for warranty, license/insurance and WSIB. They also have their own experienced and trained crew. No subcontracting.
The communication from Afshin (owner) was excellent so I went with them.
They showed up on time, protected my home from damage and finished the job in one day. The crew is experienced and professional. They also removed my old stainless chimney and replaced the plywood. From my perspective it looks like a top rate job!
I now have a nice new roof with manufacturers warranty... there were no hidden charges or extras. They made the entire experience stress free.

We had a new roof installed by Tactic roofing. Afshin (the owner) was prompt to respond to our initial inquiry and very courteous and patient in answering all our numerous questions. His pricing was very competitive and we were most impressed by his honesty.

Afshin was on site during the entire install and he made sure to educate and inform us on what was being installed and why. We felt we could make a knowledgeable decision on what needed to get done on the roof without overspending and with no sales pressure from Afshin.
Afshin's crew was very courteous and put down tarps around the property to protect from damage and made sure to clean up after the job was complete. Afshin called the next day after the job was complete to ensure the bin was taken away and to follow up with any concerns we may have. Now that is going above and beyond!

I used them for a house roof repair about 2 years ago and again this year to replace the roof on a shed. Very professional work, friendly customer service and pricing was pretty good. They seem like a trustworthy company that doesn't take advantage of the customer.

Got the roof done last summer as we had a leak, waited for the different seasons to write a review. They did a great job and the leak is gone! Very nice and professional people.
