The reviews on this site are much more accurate of our experience with this contractor than compared to other sites that rate him 5 stars and sing his praises. This company was extremely disappointing from start to finish and I really regret choosing it. Price kept going up at every step. Made mistakes and would not fix them until we showed him the contract again to prove he wasn't doing what was expected. Did not provide us with custom work priced it as custom. Did not finish the project and we had to hire other workers to do his job. Be very very careful if you choose to go with this company.

Did a full bathroom renovation. My house is 125+ years old, and the bathroom was last redone in the 1970s so it was definitely showing its age.

Had a number of contractors come by - Mario had the best insights and a fair price, considering it wasn't just a cookie-cutter room that could be swapped out and replaced.

Process took about two weeks. He had one rock-solid, reliable trusted employee there every day, plus Mario was on sight for most of the time (occasionally duties elsewhere called him). He communicated well as the process unfolded as to give me insights into what was happening, plus overall perspectives on the house.

The work looks spectacular - the renovations immediately draw praise from any visitor. Additionally, over the ~year since he finished, there have been a couple small issues about the bathroom that Mario has been quite responsive in coming back to fix, which is nice.

Would definitely do business with him again.

Tried to get him to renovate the pool house. Contractor who does not Know anything. Very rough work. We had to make him stop half-way through the job as the work was terrible. He did not pay the stucco worker or the garage door company and they came looking for money. He was paid in full.
