We had a broken oven and were incredibly happy with the service you received. Evgeny arrived quickly and within a day. He quickly diagnose the problem and came back the next day with parts to fix it. He kept in contact with us at all times to let us know when he would arrive and how things were going with getting the parts. He was polite, kept his worksite incredibly clean, and was a pleasure to have working in our home. I highly recommend him! The whole experience was painless and now I can cook again.

Our Samsung dryer would work for a few seconds and then it would stop and showed an error code. I contacted Evgeny and he responded within a couple of hours. He came the same day and was able to replace the sensor and get our dryer to work again. He was pleasant to deal with, punctual, and efficient. I would definitely use his services again!

He was thorough but we didn't feel like he was looking for extra things to charge us for. He even gave us some helpful hints in the proper use and care of our dishwasher. Called Evgeny to fix my washing machine that wasn't running. He responded quickly, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. Identified the issue and ordered the part - ready to be installed within a day or two. Very communicative at every step. Evgeny was professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end of this project. He was realistic about expectations for the supply chain issues with product replacement. He ended up fixing another safety issue with the gas cooktop (for a reasonable additional fee) and provided suggestions to consider for the future.
