Evgeny answered my service request and questions right away. This is not like another service company I am waiting over a month to hear back from . He was honest about what repairs he thought I needed over the phone and came the next day. Talk about fast service. He installed a new over range microwave quickly and efficiently. Louie and his father Tony did a beautiful job renovating my basement. I have used them before. Very reliable and honest. The attention to detail and precision shows their skills. Walls are even and smooth and painted perfectly. Trim work is neat and even. Their suggestions of what products to use were appreciated as they used the best materials. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I recommend Lester, Mirko and their team highly. I had floods before and called Rooter Group to check out why. They came right away. They did a thorough investigation with cameras so they could give me a detailed estimate. They even checked the outside of my house and put proper extensions on the drain pipes from my eaves. The estimate was a better price than others I had received. They really care and spend time making sure you understand everything. They installed a sump pump with battery back up. I also had to have all the weeping tiles underneath the house redone as they were filled with tree roots and the main drain redone. They were neat and efficient. When they left there was no mess and the holes in floor were neatly cemented. Now I am confident I will not have anymore floods. I was so impressed I referred them to neighbours and they hired them too. Thanks Lester, Mirko, and your team.

Vince and his crew came as soon as weather clear and cut down 2 huge maple trees that were rotting and ground the roots right to below ground level. They worked fast and safely. They always cleaned up after they were here as this took a few days due to weather issues. They also cut down a neighbour tree that had fallen. Price was very good compared to other quotes I had. I would recommend them for any tree work you need.
