Evgeny was very professional, polite, and helpful. Initially the freezer wasn't working and he diagnosed it to the board that controls the temperature range but warned that replacing this part is pricey at approx $500-$600. Also that given the age of the refrigerator (12 yrs old) something else could breakdown (e.g. the compressor) making the board replacement a waste of money. I decided to still replace the part but only after he asked me repeatedly whether or not I was sure given what he has said before. 2 days later, the fridge didn't work either which he says meant the compressor needed to be replaced which really wasn't worth it. So, I had to purchase a new fridge and I asked him to install the water line for this new fridge which he did on the day and cost that we had agreed to. Water and ice maker works great! I would definitely recommend him to others and would hiring him again for any other appliance repairs.
