Evgeny was professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end of this project. He was realistic about expectations for the supply chain issues with product replacement. He ended up fixing another safety issue with the gas cooktop (for a reasonable additional fee) and provided suggestions to consider for the future. I will definitely call him again if any appliance services are needed.
