Ben did a great job in a couple of occasions: troubleshouting an issue with my old air conditioner and replacing the external and internal coils, the other was repairing my natural gas line piping to prevent red tagging. Both jobs were done in a highly professional and timely manner, while paying attention for little details not only related to the job but also around.
