Our sump pump died at the worst time. Handy Andy plumbing came out late at night to fix our overflowing sump pump and prevented our basement from flooding. We couldnt be happier with the speed and professionalism. He replaced the cheap builder spec sump pump with a heavy metal professional one that will last 20 years and withstand these heavy downpours.

We noticed that our sump pump had stopped working during a major downpour and the dump pump was about to over flow. We called Handy Andy and Andy came to fix it in no time! He saved us from a flooded basement and flooded office. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys installed a garage heater and two outdoor water faucets last summer. There were many installation issues with the heater including the wrong thermostat installed (they installed one for an Air Conditioner!) and the wrong wire used from the thermostat to the heater. Would not be leaving a negative review, but now one of the faucets broke, and despite it being under manufacturer's warranty and less than year since the install, I was charged $90 for the replacement today, which literally took 3 minutes to fix. The same hose bib broke last year at the house connection and flooded part of my basement! Disappointing b/c these guys were recommended to me by someone I trust, but I am frustrated enough to leave a rare negative public review. I'm not one to leave these - you really have to tip the scales - and they did. I could have and should have fixed this myself today with the free part. Stay away from Handy Andy.
