I have been involved in dozens of real estate developments from single family homes to hotels and condo projects. Westgate Koenig has been nothing short of professional and stunningly efficient. We hired them For a medium sized operation. We had fired our design team and in pinch and on a a referral hired Westgate Koenig. We found them organized efficient and very punctual. We found that they treated us like we were their only client. They listen to our needs and had quick turn around on changes to the project and kept our project on schedule and on budget.
