came November 2017. it's now November 2018. Iv had no issues. i have even tried reaching out to them for some support and was greeted openly. true and very understanding. my issue was resolved in about a few weeks time (ordering parts)
anyway. if you want some one you can trust. this is the company. since doing my own residence . he has done my place of work. and two spereate friends. out of 4 systems. and littlr over a year. zero issues.

We needed a camera surveillance system installed in a home and an existing camera surveillance system updated in another home. We contacted Matt at Alarmzone. From the initial contact Matt was upfront about costs, time to complete install, what we could expect, available install dates, etc. Alarmzone has their own equipment / sureveillance systems available but also installs other store bought systems. There was no pressure for us to buy their systems and they installed ours without issue. Matt arrived on time, completed the tasks as agreed upon professionally, even with "invasive neighbours" questioning him. Alarmzone assisted with some troubleshooting on the updated system and then we added an additional camera to the new install a few months later without issue. Alarmzone's prices are fair, services are quality & staff is professional. We have recommended Alarmzone to others and have not heard any complaints from those that have used Alarmzone's services either. We would highly recommend Alarmzone and Matt for all your surveillance system needs. We will be using their services again when needed.

Matt was on time, professional and did a great job installing our camera system. You can tell he takes the job seriously and does a great job installing the cameras, hiding wires, and setting everything up. I highly recommend his services.
