He took the time to answer our questions, and his expertise in the field of shutters assisted us in making the perfect choice. What we appreciated most was when it came time for the installation of the shutters, Dennis was there to assist the installer should there have been any questions or concerns. Brian the installer, was efficient, hard working and did a beautiful job and his skill and personality made the installation a breeze. We couldn't be happier with how the shutters look in our home. With Customer Service being such an important issue with consumers, we have a tendency to quickly complain if the quality and service are not up to par. Denis was fantastic, great service installing and getting things done. The best part was four years later when I was having my room painted and the painter couldnt get the blinds down , Denis came to the house that night and took them down for me.Now that is SUPERIOR service.
