Jay did an excellent job on our stairs. He was extremely professional and got the job done in one day. I couldn’t be happier with how the stairs turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I hardly ever write a review but Jay and his team deserve one. I had multiple contractors come in for estimates and more then a few came off as “shifty” and left me with more concerns then anything else. Jay was incredibly patient answering every question I had and I called quite a
few times. I felt at complete ease having his team in my home. I was concerned with how my home would be left daily and immediately realized that wouldn’t be an issue as they were so clean, so personable and such a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He is a man of his word and I have no doubt he will continue to do so well as these standards are hard to find these days. Thank you Jay!

For several years I wanted to spruce up my staircase - sought 4 new newel posts and iron balusters. Having researched companies and approximate pricing I called Sapphire Stairs. Jay responded promptly and came later that day to provide an estimate. He understood exactly what I wanted and even proposed a solution that allowed me to reuse existing railings that I was happy with. His estimate was given on site and confirmed in writing. The finished job is better than I even hoped for! Jay and his colleague are consummate professionals. The area was protected and cleaned up meticulously following. They arrived on time, and finished on time. The workmanship is perfect and I am delighted with my staircase. I would recommend him to my pickiest friends!

Received four quotes, one was ridiculously Quoted $7,000-$10,000, Sapphire Stairs fell right in between the other three. Chose this Company based on reviews and reference photos that were my exact stairway. The project was completed within 2 days, the team was professional, prompt and clean. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Sapphire solutions just completed the renovations today. The work completed was professional, neat, clean, perfect. Their work ethics are impeccable, they arrive on time, equipment in hand and remain with the job site until the renovations are completed. Job costs definitely comparable to any of their competitors. Very pleasant people.

This company was great from start to finish - Jay showed up quickly to give us a quote, the job was done beautifully and quickly and everything was left tidy when the job was completed. We had 7 flights of stairs capped and new hand rails and pickets installed. This was a difficult job as original stringers were installed wrong by the builder and stair sizes on each flight were different. Jay and crew were able to level all stairs as well as make the stringers and stair trim look beautiful. The attention to detail was incredible. Originally posts where anchored in our laminate on the landings and we had no matching laminate to replace the pieces with holes once the new posts were installed on the stairs. Jay and the boys removed flooring from a utility closet to patch the landings. I can't say enough good things about these guys - they go above and beyond -you don't as a rule get this level of service these days - plus the entire crew was really nice.

These guys are simply amazing. Nevermind going to the over priced City Stairs. Kyle and his brother's customer service skills are flawless. They listen, they care, there respectful, they communicate and take care of you. There craftmenship is remarkable. We couldn't be more happier with the finish product. Thanks guys.

Jay did a super job of fixing our stairs, from beginning to end. He responded quickly, explained the work that was going to be done clearly, and gave us an accurate and fair estimate. The work was completed on time and to a high quality. I’m very appreciative of how professional and easy working with them was, and would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again.

Jay was so professional throughout this entire project. He went out of his way to visit and explain things several times before starting the job and he put my mind at ease every step of the way. His whole team was punctual, hard-working and committed to completing the job in a timely manner, even ahead of schedule. The floors and finished staircase look amazing. Jay's workmanship and attention to detail were particularly appreciated and his recommendations for baseboards, posts, spindles and stair colour matching were perfect. Kyle's expertise with the design and construction of the quartz fireplace mantle added the extra pop the family room needed. I am thrilled with the renovations! Thanks for the top-notch job!
