Jay responded promptly and came later that day to provide an estimate. He understood exactly what I wanted and even proposed a solution that allowed me to reuse existing railings that I was happy with. His estimate was given on site and confirmed in writing. The finished job is better than I even hoped for! Jay and his colleague are consummate professionals. The area was protected and cleaned up meticulously following. They arrived on time, and finished on time. The workmanship is perfect and I am delighted with my staircase. I would recommend him to my pickiest friends!
