I called RooterWorx after returning from vacation to find our house flooded. We were put in touch with Lionel who let us know, not to worry, he was on his way. (we had the water main off at this point). Lionel was so nice. He helped us discover the source of the leak and took care of the problem right away. He gave us some pointers on actions we can take for the future to avoid this issue again. Highly recommend!!!

Oleg and his friendly, helpful, hardworking efficient crew was nothing short of perfect. We had to replace our sewer pipes. They treated our home and property with respect and cleaned up after the job. In addition I have lung issues and construction dust is dangerous for me. They were extremely careful to drape the work area, so in spite of the cutting, drilling, and use of a jackhammer in the basement my home remained free of dust. The crew hand dug down 11 feet to on our front lawn to reach the pipes. When they left the lawn was completely repaired. They arrived on time, left late and  job was completed ahead of schedule.

Oleg and his crew worked on my property for main drain replacement, install backwater valve, exterior waterproofing and install sump pump. His work is great, clean up nicely afterwards. There was a little delay but he quickly communicated the obstacles, cost me $4000 extra from the original quote to remove the old waterproofing material that was previously installed by someone else that didn't do a very good job of but Oleg made sure that his work is proper and wont fail.

We got sewer back up on last Saturday and I called them, Oleg came to my house and provided a quote. They started the job on the next day. The issue was caused by grease and roots in our main sewer pipe. Since our property is 40+ yrs old so we decided to replace the entire main sewer pipe. They did a great job! Fast and professional. Although everybody was enjoy thanks giving holiday, they finished the job in 3 days.

I also want to mention they upgrade the pipe from PVC to HDPE which is better quality and without additional charge, just because after see our old pipe and consider the situation, they feel it would be better to use HDPE in my case. Also, because we have a large front yard, they put a second clean-out instead if one, without additional charge. The photo attached shows this clean-out. The right side black pipe is HDEP (about 40ft) connect to our home and left is a short part (PVC) connect to the city.

Rooterworkx poured a concrete floor in my basement. The work was done as contracted. I did have a complaint after the job was completed regarding clean up- but Oleg was very fast to respond to my concern and address it to my satisfaction. He cares for his company and it reputation and will stand behind the work.
