I was having many problems with my main sewer drain for some time now and I have tried to snake it but it was always a temporary fix. Rooterworx came and did a camera inspection on the drain and they found that tree roots were growing into the drain and the only option would be to replace it. The plumbers came and dug it up and did a complete rebuild on the drain from my house connecting it to the city sewer. Oleg, the company owner was very knowledgable and professional, the job was done in a timely manner, the price was fair and they left my home very clean! There hasn't been anymore problems since they did the work and I am very happy with it so I will definitely use Rooterworx again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Look it is never pleasant when you need to call a drain contractor. Generally you are their mercy. All you hope is that they are honest and complete the work that was promised. Oleg, Luke and Max clearly stated what needed to be done and committed to cost and timelines. Max explained what he was doing along the process. We had moisture on a basement wall. Luke explained the situation and options. The work was done as promised and on time. They even sent workers to relay the cobble brick once the ground settled.

Unplugged the sewer line 60ft, all the way to the city line.
Then confirmed with the camera that everything is clean.
Very prompt and streight forward service.

Snaking 75 feet until he reached the city pipe to ensure the debri was cleaned. Luke was detailed and patient in getting the job done. He showed everything on camera. Thank you for great job done in a reasonable price.

I called Luke at RooterWorx at 1pm today and by 315pm he was at my door ready to get to work. He quickly figured out the problem, and suggested some modifications in our kitchen plumbing to help avoid similar problems in the future. He was not pushy in suggesting the modification and said it didn’t have to happen immediately. He also very patiently explained the issue with my drain. I’m keeping their card handy for any future plumbing needs.
