Sergio had returned my call immediately and setup an appointment for the inspection of the work. He provided me with an accurate quote and it was exactly that.
Having isolated the problems his partner set up the appointment as soon as possible to accommodate us since I have a tenant in the commercial building.
We have resolved our problems the same day. Having finished the work Sergio had promised to come back to install the toilet in order to complete the work even being fully paid. He was back as promised.
