I have an open porch and 2 years back had done pattern concrete. Recently it started to leak into basement cold room when ever it rained outside on the porch. After I agreed, he immediately assembled his resources and started working till late evening and finished the job. His analysis of the problem and the solution Suggested was right and the leak stopped immediately even after heavy rains overnight
