Although our front driveway was completed with interlocking brick throughout, the drain at the bottom was left completely open. This caused some of the interlock to collapse and the rainwater to begin collecting against the house.
Oleg was the ONLY person who said he could fix both the drain and concrete repairs that were necessary. On workday, his foreman Roman took his time to discuss exactly what would and would not be necessary, and even how to maintain the drain post-repair. He took our needs into account and adapted the plan to suit us, rather than just moving ahead without consultation.
The work was complete in a day, and Oleg reached out almost immediately to check in about our overall satisfaction with the work. I can’t thank the whole Rooterworx team enough for their help.
