With water coming into our basement with all the ice build up and heavy rains we've experienced of late, we called on Lyubomyr to take a look at our foundation and address our waterproofing needs. He was very quick to assemble a crew for us who, within a week, came to address our urgent needs. They excavated around our foundation and did the necessary parging, delta membrane, weeping tile installation, etc. to properly seal our exterior foundation walls. I was very impressed with his working crew, particularly Dmitri, as they were very diligent, professional, skilled at their trade, and hard working. They dealt with any obstacles that impeded their accessing the walls properly (e.g. deck, air conditioner) and restored everything to the way it was after the work was all done.
Thank you for a job well done! Needless to say, this is a company I will definitely consider for other work that I plan on doing in the future.
