Retaining Wall Repaired - Perfect
Finally...found our go-to contractor.
A retaining wall on the lower side of my parents' split-level home was caving due to lateral load and several concrete blocks had shifted.
We contacted 3 different contractors for quotes. Rooterworx came in with the most comprehensive scope of work at a fair price. Most importantly their contract was straightforward and detailed every task to be done with no vague wording around extra costs to be determined after the work was complete. Their quoted cost was the final cost and they stuck to it.
Sergio replied to all of my (many) e-mailed questions immediately. He and his team always showed up on time, were polite, knew their stuff, and did an amazing job from start to final cleanup. They even started and finished the job earlier than expected. We won't hesitate to call Rooterworx again for any future reno work needed.
