Hired this company to redo a kitchen in a 1400 sq ft back split. Kitchen was designed by Narges. Narges and Hamid came to the house to take measurements for about 5 minutes. From the measurements, the kitchen was designed and I signed the contract. Hamid assured me that they would sit with me to design the kitchen I wanted. Their drawing was designed completely from this 5 minute visit. When it came time to select what I wanted and where, the contract changed. Every little change was more money. I asked for an island, what was designed was a peninsula. The $60,000 did not include many things. When I went to make the selection as per their request, what I was selecting was the cabinet doors and backsplash, not what would go where and why. When I questioned it, Narges got defensive. I thought it was best to go our separate ways. I expected for $60,000 to have MY kitchen not a kitchen for Narges. Now they refuse to return my deposit of $6000!
