It pains me to write this review as the number of good reviews in this site did not translate to the to the job we contracted with them. A mediocre quality of work, delamination (mostly on corners), cutting oversized holes and then patched to fit for pot light housing and receptacles, hitting most of the joist with screws to mount the drywalls on to resilient channels (corrected after pointed out), wasted 2 pcs 4 x 8 drywall panels due to poor workmanship and not showing up on the day he promised he'd be back. Subsequent attempts to correct delamination or bubbles didn't work out well and and we eventually give up.. We ended with another tradesman to do the drywall job properly.
Paint job is half decent but missed some areas on the ceiling after painting white paint on white primer.
They are good people but lacking badly the skills to do the job properly on drywall applications.
- Company Response
In response to the review ...drywall installation was done properly and staggered to resilient channel (not to trus)
Corners was repaired with 2 extra coats to fix the issue within the time frame as stated on contract
Pot light holes was an issue with client due the irregular size of light and to my knowledge standard are 4"which I made the cuts for until told that it would big bigger after the fact .lack of judgement by client...issue was fix in the process .
Ceilings are done first ....primer twice ,touch up before painted for a clean finish
Materials are bought by us and is of no concern to client
As stated before we came back to repair issues and kept in contact with client frequently
Client was confess with the color they wanted after paint was purchased ,as requested they wanted Basil to mix white with the color chosen to make the color lighter.
We apologize for any misunderstanding and appreciate the feedback overall ...
