The aluminium flashing fell off my roof. GTA Roofing Pros were here in a flash!

Gutter repair performed did not last even a few months before it started leaking. Reached out to the service manager and have been getting a slow and reluctant response to fix the work within the warranty period.
Company got back to me after 9 months. Returned the money for the work that they were unable to complete.

I put a service request on Homestars and they replied in a few hours. Reuven (their team leader) came over on the next day to give me an estimate and the work was done a day later. The crew was finished in ~3 hours removing the old gutter, replacing it with a new seamless one, re-routing another one and cleaning our next door neighbour's gutter. I'm already planning another service (LeafFilter installation) and I definitely recommend their services.

We worked with GTA Roofing Pros recently for a gutter repair job and roof assessment following a significant storm. Sam reached out promptly to discuss the job and was able to send out a team a few hours later. They ended up finding a few problems with the roof (raccoon damage, gutter dents, damaged shingles) and were able to fix it the same day. Throughout this process, Sam was in constant communication to share updates and provide recommendations before proceeding with the work. The level of service and professionalism exceeded our expectations based on past experiences weve had with other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend GTA Roofing Pros and look forward to working with them in the future.

At first the crew was quick to show at the job same day. They proceeded to seal some 20 gutter joints. And we paid them via e- transfer. After a week it rained and umbrella at hand we walked around the house to inspect the work and noted 9 joints were still leaking. We called the company and the same person came back late in the day at 3:30 PM. Their boss called and said the repair is not going well and the roofer could not finish that day. He also stated that he wouldnt come back as this job was costing too much. I responded by saying if the job was done right the first time there would not be any need to return.
They agreed to provide a refund and the job was not completed.

I wouldnt recommend this contractor.

I would use them again if needed.
